Taking mining blasting warning application as an example, "Super Uplink" can realize the real-time transmission of 4K HD video of drones, combined with AI to ensure real-time video clarity and accurate identification, and enhance the coverage of blasting alert from the original 500 meters to 2 kilometers. There is a 2-hour manual inspection workload, which is reduced to half an hour. The production efficiency is greatly improved, and the safety of blasting is simultaneously improved. In scenes such as high-definition videos such as cracks in the wall of the cement warehouse combined with AI detection, 5G Super Uplink also played a practical role.
5G "Super Uplink" provides a higher uplink experience and meets the normal operation of Conch production security monitoring system in mobile scenarios and weak coverage scenarios. In the limestone pre-homogenization workshop, wiring is difficult due to equipment movement, the wired connection is severely worn, and wireless shielding is large. "Super Uplink" can provide real-time high-definition video monitoring for stacking and reclaiming equipment for reciprocating operations, shortening the working time of workers in high dust environments.
The real-time video surveillance, automatic driving, and remote driving control of large mining trucks and excavators have become the development direction, requiring high-performance 5G network transmission. However, in the limestone mining section, due to the complex terrain and landform of the mine, the scattered loading and transportation equipment operating sites, and the continuous change and adjustment of the working platform with mining, the wireless network planning and deployment are difficult, which increases the difficulty of continuous business coverage. Through "Super Uplink", it is possible to achieve effective continuous coverage and performance improvement of the roads and operation areas of the cement factory without additional 5G base stations, and ensure the high-definition video transmission and remote control requirements of various types of construction machinery.
