5G Deterministic Network Industry Alliance officially joins 3GPP MRP

3GPP is the world's largest and most important international standards organization for the mobile communications industry. Its members include organizational partners, market representation partners (MRP) and individual members. Among them, MRP is an organization that represents the industry to provide mobile communication services, features, functions and other market requirements and recommendations for 3GPP. Its members include GSMA, GSA, IPv6 Forum, 5GAA, 5G-ACIA, TDIA, etc.
5G deterministic network refers to building a predictable, planable, verifiable, and deterministic mobile private network through the public network resources of operators, providing differentiated service experience, and empowering the digital transformation of thousands of industries. The 5G Deterministic Network Industry Alliance was established in June 2019. It was jointly initiated by a number of operators, equipment vendors and industry partners. It aims to promote and build 5G deterministic networks, build a win-win industrial ecosystem, accelerate business closed loops, and promote the 5G industry Development, more than 100 member units have been gathered and a series of industry models have been established. Alliance members have achieved excellent results in the past two Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Bloom Cup 5G application solicitation contests, leading the successful establishment of 5G smart grid research projects in 3GPP R18.
3GPP officially awarded the MRP membership of the 5G Deterministic Network Industry Alliance on October 16, 2022. The 5G Deterministic Network Industry Alliance will give full play to its frontier and bridge role in communications and industries, meet industry needs, accelerate industrial integration, clarify the technical framework of 5G deterministic networks, and continue to provide 3GPP with industrial Internet, energy Internet, and multimedia , Medical Internet, intelligent transportation, port and mining and other industries' network needs and suggestions, promote the implementation of 5G industry standards, contribute its own unique value to the development of 5G industry, and welcome the industrial prosperity of 5G deterministic networks that enable the digital transformation of the industry.
