The 15th Global User Conference will be held with the theme of "Listening, Collaboration, Improvement, and Development". At this conference, we reported on the improvement results of the 2022 TOP issues to over 400 participating operator clients worldwide, and invited leading operators to share their successful business practices, discuss topics such as 5G business development and digital transformation, and continuously improve for the future.


Li Peng, Senior Vice President of Huawei and President of Carrier BG, said in his welcome speech, "Huawei User Conference insists on listening to customers' voices, focusing on solving TOP problems, continuously improving product and service quality, and collaborating with customers for mutual benefit. Over the past decade, through user conferences, we have established more than 80 improvement topics to continuously improve network quality and customer experience, and maximize customer investment returns.


At this conference, guests from Vodafone, Orange, China Mobile, China Unicom and other operators shared the best business practices of 5G, the progress of Digital transformation and their thoughts on the future. Huawei presented a special report on the improvement results of the 5 selected TOP issues in 2022 to all participating customers. The improvement of these five issues mainly focuses on the high energy efficiency 5G network, all-optical quality dedicated line performance&experience improvement, dedicated line quality and operation and maintenance capability improvement under the cooperation of intelligent cloud network, intelligent automatic capacity expansion, Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations and maintenance capability improvement. Through pairing with customers and establishing key problem topic groups, the problem closed-loop rate reached 100%. In the field of products, Huawei continues to innovate. Through intelligent, minimalist and green solutions, it significantly improves Spectral efficiency and energy efficiency, and creates an ultimate user experience. In the service field, Huawei has always worked with customers to provide communication support for over 300 major events and sudden disasters in 2022, continuously safeguarding the stable operation of the global network 24 hours a day, and consolidating the connection foundation of the intelligent world.


The conference also launched a group discussion and screening of 2023 Top issues, which were decided and released by the user conference advisory committee to continuously solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
