Peng Song stated that in order to cultivate more high-quality talents for the industry, Huawei has proposed a multi-dimensional and multi-form talent training system. Currently, it has co built ICT colleges with more than 440 domestic universities, with an annual training of over 200000 students. In the future, it is expected to cooperate with more universities to cultivate more digital talents.
During the conference, Huawei will also share its insights and practices in 5G construction and application innovation, Industrial Internet, gigabit cities, intelligent computing networks and other fields through several special sub forums.
